With the loco's side skirt lifted the outside cylinder, wheels, connecting rod and coupling rod are revealed. In operation the skirt would be lowered, restoring the loco's modesty as well as protecting the public from the moving parts.

The boiler backhead as displayed. In operation it would need the missing parts replacing.

The roof mountings showing the jolly copper capped chimney and the matching copper cap on the oil headlamp funnel. Notice also the bell and the enclosed safety valve cover and whistle.

At the rear of the tram is the fireman's position.
