Photographed at Swan Hill Pioneer Settlement in 2018.

The side view shows that the loco dates from a period of transition from inside valve gear on outside cylinder locos to the more accessible outside valve gear of later locos.

Looking forward on the left hand side from the big end of the connecting rod towards the cylinder.

The left hand side cylinder, slide bars and crosshead.

On the footplate. Perhaps they could brush the cobwebs away.
