New looking smokebox number plate.

The loco is missing it's connecting rods and valve gear and, as this photo shows the bearings on the remaining coupling rods. White painted squared end of the crank pin would have the return crank attached when in service.

The loco has been spruced up as this photo from June 29th 2019 shows. It is nicely displayed with a water column and signals.
